This database and set of templates was built to streamline and partially automate the onboarding of new clients and projects so that agencies can focus more on the work instead of the admin.

Why did we make this?

We are a small branding and web design agency — mostly designers and project managers. Our work comes from client leads that our project managers respond to and work into our pipeline.

We do our due diligence first to make sure a lead is legit, before continuing to a discovery call to collect more information before providing a scope of work, time schedule, and project fee.

The effort it takes to go from a new inquiry to a signed contract is considerable. We wanted to find a way to reduce this time, while increasing our chances of successfully landing the job.

We created and evolved this template to streamline and partially automate our project pipeline. Our goal was to reduce the time it took to create project quotes from days to hours, increase our project rates, and greatly improve the experience our customers had while interacting with our agency.
